We have extensive experience in providing legal advice in connection with the establishment and operation of district heating systems, the utilisation of excess heat and complex construction projects. Our assistance includes contract drafting, negotiations and regulatory compliance. Our advisory services cover both privately owned and municipally owned utility companies.
Power-to-X (PtX) enables the conversion of electricity into hydrogen and CO₂-neutral fuels, which can replace fossil fuels across a range of industries. The hydrogen is subsequently used for fuels supplying the transport sector, one of the largest sources of CO₂ emissions.
We have assisted with the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts in connection with the establishment of facilities and associated pipeline infrastructure, including contracts based on FIDIC Yellow Book and AB 18 terms. In addition, we have handled the negotiation of both construction and supply agreements related to Power-to-X facilities.
Throughout the process, we have provided ongoing strategic and legal support to utility companies’ project teams and worked closely with technical, financial and commercial departments. Our role has also included ensuring that the various contractual relationships are coordinated and integrated across the project as a whole.

Our team has, among other things, been involved in advising on:
