This means that we must make an identification and risk assessment of our clients, including verifying the identity of our clients either by way of copy of passport or driving licence or by way of a Penneo validation of the personal identification number.
We are obligated to store the personal data for five years after the matter is closed.
According to the regulations, we are obligated to report any suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing to the Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic Crime.
