Corporate Social Responsibility and CSR

Since the establishment of the company in 1973, we have been conscious of our social responsibility as well as several of the elements which form the agenda of the ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) today. The virtues and values of the company from back then have been carried on and are still retained. Today, they constitute a part of the company’s culture and DNA. Orderliness never goes out of fashion, neither does the ability to focus on customers and employees as well as the initiatives that require a contribution.

We try to embrace sustainability in the best possible way through our involvement and visibility in initiatives that benefit the society we are part of, whether within culture, sports, business co-operation, or education. We also shape the future legal talents in our community through our highly distinguished recruitment programme, which is initiated already in the senior classes in elementary school and continues until university graduation.

We strive every day to create value for our clients through specialist consultancy, strong relations, and a solid business sense. In this connection, responsibility as well as the understanding of the client’s business play a significant role.

We protect the creditability of our company and have drawn up an ethical set of rules – the Code of Conduct, which all employees of the company strive to follow.



The Association of Danish Law Firms (”Danske Advokater”) has created the communications platform ”AdvokatKODEKS” (“Lawyer’s CODEX”) according to which we are obligated to report on our work with social responsibility and ethics on an annual basis. We signed up to the codex right from the beginning and we are still actively supporting the project. This means that besides following the legal ethics rules, we also work on the elements of the codex, i.e. visible social responsibility, ethical dilemmas, modern management, diversity as well as openness and transparency.


A stimulating workplace

As a law firm, one of our most essential assets is our competent employees. It is of great importance for us to have a workplace with a working environment where it is nice to come to work everyday. The workplace has a size which makes it possible to see each employee individually, and this is a strength.

We create the framework for individual development, both professionally and personally, but the content must be created jointly and with understanding and respect for both the individual employee and the company.


Green responsibility

As a company, we take part in the shared responsibility that the green transition requires. We have introduced initiatives to help lower our resource consumption and thereby reduce our negative footprint. In addition, we provide advice within several areas of green transition such as wind turbines, solar cells, district heating, biogas, etc.
