As a result of many years of case handling, Birthe is familiar with many of the legal and, in particular, the practical circumstances in connection with the completion of a farm trade, including fulfilment of the acquisition provisions in the Danish Agricultural Act, transfer of payment rights, and registration of deeds.
Birthe has handled the completion of extensive subdivision cases and has solved specific challenges in relation to registrations in the Land Registry.
