Heidi is an experienced and specialised legal assistant within the fields of real property, registration in the Land Registry, and company law aspects as well as real property outside Denmark. Heidi works independently at a high professional level, and she always focuses on the client and the client’s needs during the process.
Heidi has specialised in purchase and sale of real property, including in particular commercial properties and developer projects. Heidi’s specialisation and wide experience reflect the entire process from the conclusion of the agreement, performance of due diligence investigations in relation to the property in question until drafting of the deed of conveyance, preparation of the completion statement and completion of the transaction.
Heidi has further specialised in electronic registration in the Land Registry, including in particular questions related to registration fees, registration of articles of association and covenants, and she is able to deal with and respond to specific registration challenges.
Heidi also assists in issues relating to company law, including among other things formation of companies, registration of mergers, etc.
Heidi also handles all matters relating to cancellation of instruments.
