Areas of Practice

For many years, Lisbeth has been engaged in company law and therefore she is familiar with many legal and, in particular, practical issues related to company formation and corporate changes in companies.

Lisbeth also assists several lawyers in connection with court cases and has a thorough knowledge of the Danish courts’ digital case system.

As part of the company's compliance department, Lisbeth assists with the implementation of KYC procedures and the training of employees in both internal and external compliance requirements, ensuring that the company complies with applicable regulations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

Lisbeth furthermore carries out various translation tasks for the entire company.

Educational Background

Lisbeth West has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Language (English/French) and has worked within the legal profession since 1996.
