Carsten Holmgaard's main area of focus is buying and selling of real property. Carsten is member of Danske Boligadvokater (a Danish association of lawyers specialising in buying and/or rental of real property) and consequently he does not only bring experience but also comprehensive educational ballast into his counselling.
Throughout the entire period, Carsten Holmgaard has primarily focused on advising private individuals and commercial businesses on the buying and selling of real property. In addition, Carsten Holmgaard offers advice to commercial businesses and holds directorships.
Carsten Holmgaard graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 1981 and was admitted to the bar in 1984. He was granted right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 1990.
Carsten Holmgaard was employed at Horn Andersen and Bast in Aarup from 1981 to 1982.
Carsten Holmgaard joined Sten Kirk Larsen and Bo Ascanius in 1982.
