Through Corna’s work within the insolvency law, she has obtained a great theoretical and practical experience, and she has handled a large number of bankrupt estates within all lines of business.
Corna has a commercial and sales oriented approach to the cases, and she has a high level of IT and project management tools available – all in order to create a highly specialised and streamlined case handling.
During the past years, Corna has also worked with a large number of bankruptcy cases in the agricultural business – all of significant sizes.
Therefore, she has great expertise regarding the handling of insolvent farms, including the handling of the special issues regarding mortgage, which are often connected with the insolvency as well as the handling of the operation of the bankruptcy estates.
Furthermore, Corna is strongly positioned in relation to the administration and the transfer of business properties and agricultural properties, including performance of environmental evaluations and other procedures in connection with the business transfer, which the sale of a farm often is.
Educational Background
Corna graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 2001 and was admitted to the bar in 2004.
