Divyanshu works with international commercial contracts across various industries, including IT and offshore, and assists clients throughout the entire contract process from drafting to negotiation and execution. He focuses on robust and tailored contract solutions in cross-border business relationships.
In addition, Divyanshu advises on dispute resolution, including international disputes and arbitration, and assists companies with establishment and expansion in India and Denmark. With in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks in both countries, he helps clients make well-informed decisions.
Divyanshu holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from South Asian University, with a specialisation in intellectual property law, international trade law and investment law.
