Janne Kastrup-Larsen is an attorney in the firm’s property tax team, advising on tax and duties as well as tax procedural matters, including property valuation and taxation.
Janne advises on the taxation of real estate and assists in handling cases concerning decisions made by the Danish Tax Authorities before both the ordinary courts and the administrative appeals bodies, including the National Tax Tribunal (Landsskatteretten).
Janne is primarily based at the firm’s Copenhagen office.
