Jens Schak Andreasen is an attorney at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius, advising on business law matters. He serves as a knowledge partner on internal legal matters and is also involved in board-level work.
Jens is the primary point of contact in the firm’s collaboration with Brygge Partners and advises on legal matters related to corporate and contractual issues. In addition, he works with mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and board work. Jens provides advice with a focus on business-oriented solutions and contributes a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, supported by experience from both advisory and in-house roles.
Jens holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Aarhus University, obtained in 1996.
