Kasper Kabel Revsbech is a litigation attorney at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius and is primarily based at the firm’s Aarhus office. His practice focuses in particular on contractual disputes (including breach of contract and contract interpretation), sale of goods disputes, and arbitration.
Kasper works with litigation and arbitration within the field of commercial law. He brings broad procedural experience gained over several years as a trial lawyer at a number of Denmark’s leading law firms. He has held rights of audience before the High Courts since 2019.
In 2024–2025, Kasper served as an acting High Court judge at the Western High Court for a total of 12 months. Through this appointment, he gained valuable experience and insight into judicial work and the courts’ perspective on dispute resolution.
Previously, Kasper was affiliated with Aarhus University as an external lecturer in contract law in the first year of the Bachelor of Laws programme.
Kasper is the author of two articles published in Erhvervsjuridisk Tidsskrift: Post-M&A disputes relating to “earn-out”: dispute resolution through expert determination (ET.2023.252) and The seller’s duty of disclosure and the buyer’s duty to investigate – selected issues in light of recent case law (ET.2020.132).
