Litha focuses primarily on advice relating to commercial law.
It is important for Litha that her advice creates more value for the client, inter alia by involving the commercial aspects in the matter. In that way, she ensures that the process and the solution become commercially right for the client and not just legally right in the specific situation.
Litha is engaged in procurement law and provides advice to both contracting entities and tenderers in every part of the tender process, and in accordance with both the EU Public Procurement Directives and the Danish Act on Tender Procedures. Her approach is solution-oriented and she focuses her advice on simplifying the complexity and making the process manageable and simple by using good tools.
Litha moreover advises on aspects related to company law, including anything from the establishment of companies, restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, business transfers, various agreements to commercial law disputes, and she also conducts litigations in this regard.
Litha provides advice in Danish, English and German, as she masters English and German at a negotiation level.
Litha graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from the University of Southern Denmark in Odense in 2015 and was admitted to the bar in 2018.
Litha started her career at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius as law student in 2014, and in 2015 she was employed as assistant attorney.
During her education, Litha was employed as instructor in company law from 2012 to 2013 and family law and succession law from 2013 to 2015 at the Department of Law at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense.
Litha is an educated nurse, and for 10 years she has been employed in several specialist functions as a nurse, including clinical nursing instructor, neonatal care manager and project manager.
