Mikael Hedager Würtz is an attorney and partner specialising in corporate law, international contracts and Danish-German matters. He advises businesses on complex commercial issues with a focus on value-creating and practically applicable legal advice.
Mikael advises Danish and international businesses on corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as the completion of M&A transactions.
He has extensive experience with Danish-German matters and assists both Danish and German clients in connection with contract negotiations, EU tenders, as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mikael also works with offshore-related contracts and has a strong commercial foundation with a thorough understanding of the financial, commercial and managerial aspects of businesses.
He is a certified arbitrator and admitted to practise before the Supreme Court. In addition, he serves on several boards of directors – including Danish subsidiaries of German groups – and has since 2008 been affiliated with the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce as a permanent partner lawyer.
With his background, Mikael particularly strengthens the firm’s advisory services within EU tenders and the German market.
