Simon Højfeldt Vacker is an attorney at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius, based at the firm’s Herning office. Simon primarily advises companies within real estate and construction law and assists stakeholders in the construction and engineering sector with contract matters, disputes and the execution of construction projects.
Simon advises on legal matters relating to construction and engineering law and assists developers, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders within the construction industry. His work includes, among other things, the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, ongoing legal support during construction projects, and the handling of disputes before the courts and in arbitration proceedings, including inspection and expert appraisal, fast-track decisions and claims relating to guarantees. Simon also advises on the purchase and sale of real estate and related contractual matters.
