Thomas Booker advises on Danish and international tax law, including restructurings, group taxation and joint taxation arrangements, as well as the establishment of holding companies. He also assists companies and property owners with tax law matters and tax disputes.
Thomas is primarily based at the firm’s Aarhus office and is responsible for matters relating to the taxation of real property. He advises some of the largest property owners in Denmark on, among other matters, property taxation and represents clients in tax cases before the ordinary courts and administrative authorities, including the National Tax Tribunal (Landsskatteretten).
