Jess Randbæk Gade is attorney at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius and works primarily at our offices in Esbjerg and Herning.

Jess focuses primarily on advice relating to commercial law issues, including sale and purchase of businesses, successions, company law, and restructurings, and Jess is also engaged in board work and investment properties.

Jess has a commercial and solution-oriented approach to his clients with focus on value-creating advice.

Educational Background

Jess graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Copenhagen University in 2015.

The Bachelor programme was completed at the Department of Law, Aarhus University in 2013.

Jess has completed project manager courses in Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner in 2019.

At present, Jess is close to completing a four-year Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at Copenhagen Business School. He expects to graduate in 2021.
