Lise Moth is a lawyer specializing in employment law and HR law. She has extensive theoretical knowledge of the regulations in this field and an in-depth understanding of case law.

Since 2016, Lise has primarily assisted Danish companies of various sizes with practical advice regarding employment law. Her advice includes, among other things, job advertisements, drafting of employment contracts and bonus agreements, changes in terms and conditions, and terminations or dismissals.

Lise is an experienced litigator and is therefore well versed in Danish courtrooms. Her experience in conducting lawsuits has given her a practical perspective on employment law and its application in the real world.

In addition, Lise is the author of two handbooks on employment law: "Personalejura" (“HR Law”) (2018) and ”Opsigelsesguiden” ("The Termination Guide") (2021). Both books are aimed at employers and focus on practical rules and limitations.

Educational Background

Lise graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 2012 and was admitted to the bar in September 2015.
