Since 2013, Lone has primarily focused on insolvency law, including in particular handling of companies and farms in bankruptcy.

In this connection she advises mortgagees, other creditors and debtors on circumstances before, during and after the administration of the bankrupt estate.
Through her focused work within insolvency law, Lone has gained an extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of insolvency proceedings, and this specialisation enables her to handle complex problems related thereto.
In particular, Lone has worked intensively with farms in distress, and therefore she has considerable experience within the handling of insolvent farms – both farms in operation and farms in liquidation. In this connection she has also handled the special challenges within the agricultural sector in relation to the operation of the farms and the mortgages.
Since 2014, Lone has been engaged in foreclosure sales of real property and provides advice to mortgage credit institutions in this connection. Lone also administers and handles the preparation of the particulars of sale in relation to properties purchased by mortgage credit institutions in foreclosure sales.
Lone graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 2013 and was admitted to the bar in 2016.
