Mark advises several major mortgage credit institutes and banks in connection with the handling of companies in distress.
Through his work within the insolvency law, he has obtained a great theoretical and practical experience, and he has handled a large number of bankrupt estates within all lines of business.
During the past years, Mark has handled a significant number of insolvent farms, and based on this work he has gained an extensive experience both in relation to maintenance of the activities of the company as well as completion of business transfer of either the entire company in distress or parts thereof.
Mark also has a significant knowledge in relation to special credit and lien relations and advises clients on the establishment, protection and enforcement of all types of mortgages.
It is essential for Mark to provide business-related advice for the purpose of creating value.
Mark is part of our professional group “Agricultural Legal Issues”. Mark is skilled to handle the complexity of the modern agriculture and has specialised in agricultural successions and forms of ownership in the agricultural sector.
Educational Background
Mark graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in 2014.
