Summer Associate at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius

Kickstart your career as a lawyer with a summer clerkship.

A summer clerkship is a unique opportunity for those who want to apply the theoretical knowledge gained from university in a practical setting at a law firm. Many of our students have begun their careers as summer clerks with us.

You will be assigned to a lawyer or junior lawyer who will ensure that the tasks match your skills. During the two-week paid internship, you will gain valuable insights into the everyday workings and tasks at a law firm.

The weeks typically fall in either June or August, and we always try to schedule them according to the summer clerk's availability. You can apply to be a summer clerk at our offices in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, Herning, and Skjern.

YOUR TASKS

During the two weeks as a summer clerk, you will be introduced to a wide range of legal tasks and you will have the opportunity to work on the cases handled by the department you are assigned to.
