Frans continuously updates his professional knowledge and has, inter alia, studied at the London School of Economics.
He has advised on several large transfers and public issues.
Furthermore, Frans has specialised in legal matters relating to ports and harbours and advises a number of ports and harbours in relation to harbor legislation and on their organisational structure and business opportunities.
Finally, Frans advises generally on corporate matters and restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and contracts; he also conducts litigation relating to commercial disputes.
