Areas of Practice

Frans has specialised in M&A, commercial law, company law, financial law and port law and has advised on several large transfers and public issues. 

Furthermore, Frans has specialised in legal matters relating to ports and harbours and advises a number of ports and harbours in relation to harbor legislation and on their organisational structure and business opportunities. 

Finally, Frans advises generally on corporate matters and restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and contracts; he also conducts litigation relating to commercial disputes.

Frans continuously updates his professional knowledge and has, among other things, studied at the London School of Economics and completed the Danish Bar and Law Society’s Young Talented Lawyers Programme in 2014.
