Throughout his career, Julius has extensively been engaged in procurement law and has provided in-depth advice on the subject to clients covered by both the Public Procurement Directive and the Utilities Directive. He has extensive experience in conducting procurement processes and has advised clients on tenders at all stages, from preparation to every phase of the acquisition process.

Julius furthermore specialises in IT contracts and has extensive experience in conclusion of IT contracts in the public sector. Julius also lectures in the course IT contract law at Aarhus University, where he teaches graduate students.

Julius has a solution-oriented and commercial approach to his clients, and he always works to ensure a positive outcome for the client within the legal framework.

Educational Background

Julius graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from Aarhus University in 2011.
