Karen works as attorney in the corporate law department at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius, where she provides advice to Danish and international companies and public authorities in relation to various aspects within employment law and data protection law.
Karen is primarily engaged in HR law and data protection law. In this connection she acts as Data Protection Officer for several Danish ports. Furthermore, Karen has been engaged in commercial law issues, including in particular insolvency law, company law, and transfer of businesses.
Karen graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from Copenhagen University in 2018 and was admitted to the bar in March 2022.
