Liza Lysebjerg Ebsen is a lawyer with Kirk Larsen & Ascanius’ debt collection department for real property.
Liza has gained years of expertise in the practical handling of foreclosure sales of real property. She appears before the enforcement court in connection with charging orders, guidance meetings, preliminary foreclosure sale hearings, and the actual foreclosure sale.
Liza safeguards the interests of mortgage credit institutions, banks and other mortgagees, including public authorities – both before, during and after a foreclosure sale.
Moreover, Liza has been engaged in family law and succession law cases for a number of years.
Therefore, Liza has significant experience in advising clients on issues in connection with marriage or cohabitation or in connection with separation and divorce. In most cases, the advice concerns financial questions.
Through her long-standing employment as a lawyer Liza has also gained extensive experience in advising clients on hereditary issues and drafting of marriage contracts and wills and lasting powers of attorney. Finally, Liza has administered a large number of decedent estates.

Liza graduated with a Master’s Degree in law from Aarhus University in 1994 and was admitted to the bar in 1997.
